Uni Filler

The Uni Filler is an entry-level filler with a compact design. The Uni Filler is a versatile machine for filling trays, flats, and packs. The filler is adjustable for working with different tray dimensions and filling densities. The machine standard has a 700-liter hopper.

Uni Filler

The Uni Filler is a compact tray filler for trays, flats, and packs. The Uni Filler fills the carrier using a rotor that rubs the soil in the trays. After filling, the trays are brushed for a clean and uniform result. The rotor and conveyor belt are speed adjustable for a uniform filling result. The height of the rotor and brush unit are adjustable for various trays, with maximum dimensions L x W x H = 600 x 400 x 210 mm.

Waste material will be reused via the soil elevator, through which the Uni Filler produces a minimum of excess soil. The soil elevator is height adjustable for an equal supply of soil. The hopper volume is 700, which can be increased to 1000 liter.

Options

De-stackers for various types of trays are optional and can be built on top of the conveyor belt.
A Siemens display is added when the Uni Filler is part of an integrated machine line with the possibility for synchronized speed control.
Height extension for filling trays up to 24 cm.
Both left-handed and right-handed models are available.
Output conveyor belt for trays.
