Speed Rouline

The Auto Seeder Speed Rouline is a fully automatic, high-capacity drum seeder. The servo-controlled sowing drum can be programmed by use of a digital display. The heart of the machine is the rotating seeding drum which holds the seeds by vacuum.

Speed Rouline

The Speed Rouline achieves a high precision by using different rows of nozzles placed on the drum’s outside surface. The seeds pass through a blow-off bar which blows possible double seeds away from the seeding nozzles. The vacuum is released at the lowest point of the seeding drum, and the seeds drop into the cell. After seeding, the nozzles are cleaned by blowing air through the nozzles.

High capacity is achieved by synchronizing the sowing drum’s speed and the conveyor belt’s speed to match your production. Easy changeovers are achieved because trays can be programmed and saved, and timer settings and speed can be set to the requested value.

Modular design

The modular design of the Auto Seeder Speed Rouline allows it to create a complete seeding line with other modular components such as a tray destacker, tray filler, watering tunnel, covering unit, and a tray stacking unit.
