Pic-O-Mat PC11

The Pic-O-Mat PC11 transplanter is specially designed to plant directly onto potting machines. The PC11 comes in two versions, with two- and four grippers. Servo-controlled motors and dedicated software give high flexibility and speed to guarantee a perfect planting result.

Pic-O-Mat PC11

The Pic-O-Mat PC-11 is a versatile automatic transplanting machine. The transplanter is specially designed to plant directly onto the pot filler, saving space and time. It can run different tray and pot sizes and achieves a capacity of up to 4,000 plants for the Pic-O-Mat PC11-2 and 7,000 plants per hour for the Pic-O-Mat PC11-4.

The transplanting machine is equipped with servo engines to provide a user-friendly operation. The computer can store the information of 50 source trays. Therefore, change over time can be brought back to 2 minutes. The Pic-O-Mat PC11 transplanter perfectly matches the Mayer potting machines. Combine your potting and planting process in one go with high accuracy and high speed.

It’s possible to store up to 100 plant combinations using the newly developed Siemens touch screen. This enables you to switch products with just one touch. Extra push-up plates with different pin diameters and medium/large grippers are optional.
