Irrispray Fixed

The Irrispray Fixed is a fully automatic overhead irrigation and spraying system for young plant nurseries. Each bay has a fixed beam with an advanced software control system to automatically carry out your watering strategy. The irrigation boom carries a Dosatron, a mixing device with a 50-liter reservoir and a 10-liter tank for fertilizer solution.

The Irrispray Fixed I and II watering booms are being transported on, respectively, one or two stable rails. The Irrispray Fixed is height adjustable to your specific crop. The watering boom has high flexibility as it has a valve for every nozzle and pipe, e.g., watering pipes, spray pipes, and plant protection liquid pipes. The watering boom has a climate control software program interface. The software collects information from the climate control software program. When it receives a specific signal (for example, the natural light level rises above a certain level, etc.), the watering boom starts watering.

Advanced software is used in the computer control system. This allows the watering boom to carry out multiple commands, for example, water table 2 and table 15 or supply table 23 and table 28 with plant protection liquids. The computer software saves a lot of energy, water, and materials. When the watering boom has completed a command, it waits at that position for the following command. The automated control prevents the risk that a section will be missed because it can operate independently of the magnets.

The operational command can be programmed for hours during the night. The watering boom can also be operated and monitored at the computer or using a handheld device ( iPhone, iPad, tablet, etc.). The watering boom can also be operated manually. In this case, the watering boom uses magnets for the manual selection of zones. The operator can turn off every tap separately at the watering boom or via remote controls. The Visser service office can control the watering boom via the internet. Quick and direct maintenance can be realized in this way.
